17 December 2012 <br/> Excellent service - Quick and Brilliant Quality Fabulous service. Considering the weather and the fact it is Christmas I ordered mugs on Tuesday evening and they was delivered first thing Thursday morning....brilliant! The quality was amazing even though one of the photos I sent was slightly blurred, it looked really professional, I'm 100 per cent pleased and would recommend them to anyone and definitely use this site again :-)

If only all companies treated you this wayAs someone who buys 95% of goods online now I have experienced the good the bad and the ugly of company service. Jules B have broken the negative mold and then some.From ordering to delivery they kept me informed and ensured I knew when the item was safelThey use Royal Mail, now I know better than anyone that there is no such thing as a perfect delivery firm but the beauty of RM is that their sorting offices are local to most people whereas some of these smaller, cheaper firms can be 25+ miles away meaninI would happily recommend Jules B to my friends and colleagues and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
