Excellent service, shame about the Fitflop shoesOn both occasions the shoes arrived in the alloted time. Great serviceHowever I am disappointed in general by Fifflop shoes. Their model seems very shallow on the instep. For the clogs this is not too bad, but the chukka boots are proving difficult. The left shoe is a good fit; the right one cramps on the instep. And this is where youy hit problems with mail order, so despite the service I shall be very cautious about buying again. Fif is bigger than service.
