Good quality product, fast arrivalI purchased a Kookaburra Encounter hockey glove recently. The purchase and selection process was user friendly and easy to complete. The product arrived within a few days and is already is use with good results. Excellent product, very impressed with the arrival time.

04 September 2012 Good service let down by over the top P&P ¡ê3.99 for P&P on 2 small and lightweight handles I feel was over the top. For this type of cost I would of expected next day delivery from other major online provider. With that said the rest of the service was spot on and the website was a breeze to us. I would use again and suggest to family and friends but would definitely shop around first to see if you can limit the damage on the P&P.

s 22 May 2012 <br/>Excellent Customer Service I designed and ordered 4 hoodies, all the same but 2 large and 2 small. First the image I used wasn't good enough quality so got an email very quickly apologising to me for the delay, as soon as I sent better quality images (took a couple of days) my order was dispatched immediately for next day delivery. THEN, when they arrived I discovered a spelling mistake on only two of the four items, which turned out to be my fault. The lovely lady I spoke to insisted on replacing them at no cost to me and they duly arrived two days later. It's a very long time since I experienced customer service like this from a British company. Well done guys, and I will definitely use you again!!
