    Got my boots when I wanted my boots!Ordered them, was promised next day delivery to my (quite complicated) work address, and they arrived, on time, addressed correctly. I can't fault the service. Previously I had to return a pair for a different size, and that was all processed very smoothly too.

    Great service - Would certainly shop with them againI had emailed regading a pair of Hunter Wellies which were describied as 'Not Perfect' I had requested more info on exactly how Imperfect they were.Go a prompt reply with an honest answer - Purchased the boots and was more than happy as the imperfections were hardly even noticable.
