    Next day delivery and efficient problem solvers!This was my first order with Shoetique and I will be returning.I was impressed with the range of FitFlops on offer, the brand I was interested in, as well as some of the good deals to be had.I had a slight glitch as my first order was cancelled because they're unable to deliver to a hotel. When I wanted to place the same order for a different address one of the pairs was sold out, meaning I had bought the last one a day earlier and the system wasn't updated just yet. With one phone call they put the pair back online and I could go ahead with the order. The delivery was next day as promised, it even arrived in the morning.It's a pleasure to buy from a site where real people can help you out with just a phone call!

    ---Fast delivery and slow but good customer service.I ordered a jacket before the christmas season and it arrived promptly. However it was an uncomfortable fit and I decided to return it after christmas. The suggested time to wait for a refund is two weeks and after this time passed i still received no payment. I wrote an email asking about it and attempted to call multiple times. I could not get through. I finally tried contacting Gear-Zone 25 days later and got though. The staff was very nice and in no time at all she said i would have funds in my account within the next few days. My verdict: You can safely buy from this store because the delivery is quick and the customer service, although slow in my case is very good.

    29 June 2012 <br/> Superb ! Really, really pleased with my purchase from this company . The template for design is both simple and fun to use , and the site is easy to navigate around . Communication and speed of delivery were spot on . The actual product I ordered exceeded my expectations in quality and layout . All in all , very Impressed .

    Website/Ordering Easy - But slightly concerned by USA orientated S/W & despatch transfer to Royal MailEasy to find products I wanted - good advice on website and products also highlighted availability of shoe sizes. Ordering also fine but I was confused by the security aspect - there were 2 payment routes - one via Sage and one through a route suggested as more secure. I went down the theoretically more secure route which allowed me to request further verification of the website. The s/w behind this was patently american and the response to my website verification query suggested that there was no verified telephone number for this company. I then did an independent search of the company and was satisfied by my own search so did place my order using the theoretically more secure route. I do shop online frequently so it was probably just the unknown (to me) nature of this payment route that spooked me.I was kept well informed by email of the order progress until the last stage when I wa
