Good customer service.The website is easy to use. I ordered some boy's ballroom and latin shoes. I didn't think the product was as good quality as some other shoes that I have orderd and my son found them uncomfortable due to the stiffness of shoe around the heel. I returned the shoes and got a refund. I rang twice to check the order had dispatched and that the refund had been given and they were polite and helpful and able to supply me with the information I needed. It would have been useful to have received email confirmation of the order and the refund.
