One phone call and it was done, Donna who i spoke to was very helpful, once the order was completed she sent me an email, with a picture of the embroidery to show me what it would look like, It was perfect, she got the sizes an everything right, the order arrived when she said it would so i didn't miss it, I will be using this company again,one happy customer.
