    12 December 2011 Dear Mrs Thomson Thank you for leaving a review. We fully understand your frustration over the carrier charges to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, but every carrier has the same policy and the cost is so prohibitive that we have no choice but to pass it on to our customers. We would indeed have agreed to send your knobs by Royal Mail, but do not seem to have received a request from you regarding this. For any future orders you may consider, please call or email and we will be happy to do our best to find a solution to the carriage cost. Unfortunately, at the moment, our website is unable to determine the weight of a product to give it the ability to choose Royal Mail or Carrier-we are working on this.
