26 December 2012 <br/> Print = D, Delivery = A* Delivery was good but I wasn't pleased with the presentation of the photographs I submitted. The pictures were excellent that I uploaded, very clear and distinct but the printed result was very fuzzy and not clear. There was no warning that the pictures might not suit or were maybe the wrong size. The colours on the tshirts did not represent the originals properly either. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Incorrect advertisement but good customer serviceI bought two shirts from Julesb (#280121021034031). Everything from purchase to delivery was great. I was, however, very disappointed that one of the shirts that i bought based on the picture on the website was different from the actual shirt that was delThe shirt in the picture of Eton Blue Faint Stripped Shirt. Is different from what you receive. The latter has no black lining around the collar. As I'm in need of both shirts (i lost my luggage in a flight) I had to settle for the shirt received. So I chose not to return it This has somewhat tainted the high regards I held about Juleb.John

What you want is what you get ! I ordered a hoodie ,zipped ,sweatshirt it arrived very fast exactly as ordered details perfect and to top it all the quality is fantastic .Will be using this again and again the opportunities are endless.With quality like this you dont need to go anywhere else !

Check the box! Always had great service in past but sent back some shoes for a smaller size and the ones sent were still same size but in the a wrongly marked box, rang to complain-little concern and was told thd boxes aren't checked when sending out! Surely they can be- it would take 30 secs! Cue me making another trip to the PO to return them - my time, my petrol!
