Spot on!The Internet site is easy to navigate. The new shop is fantastic. Spent over an hour trying out new hockey sticks in the new trial area.

Slow deliveryReceived an email from company informing me the item was despatched first class recorded on the 19th July, but it didn't arrive until the 23rd, which wouldn't be the case if it had actually been dispatched on the 19th, it should have arrived on the 21st. Not sure whether this was a fault on Royal Mail's part though. Item was as described though, was just a shame I didn't have it in time, and now is not going to be used.

Perfect on line experience! I find shoes difficult to buy - I'm in between sizes and one foot is slightly bigger than the other. In some cases I'm best with a 9, in other cases I'm best with an 8. I'm also a middle-aged male. So shoe shops - crammed full of stupid fashion shoes and staffed by teenagers - are a pain. And high street shops all sell the same stuff and tend to ignore more unusual brands like FitFlops. So I thought I'd give Shoetique a try. I'm really glad I did. The first pair I received (very quickly) were a bit big, so I returned them using the excellent returns service Shoetique has and a couple of days later, hey presto, a new pair in the size I needed. Brilliant. I highly recommended Shoetique.
