---Not the best firm to deal withOrdered hand warmer and fuel sticks. Fuel sticks received not the ones we ordered. Paid ¡ê3.99 delivery charge. Rang them informing them of error, they promised to send a prepaid returns envelope so we could return the sticks and get a refund on them. No prepaid envelope has arrived yet - we are sick of waiting!

---Staff bent over backwards for a nonstandard item.My enquiry for a non stocked item was met by staff with enthusiasm.They kept me informed throughout the ordering process and the price was keen. Who could ask for more!

'Boot-y' Rapidly receivedOrdered on line expecting 2-5 days delivery. Arrived the next day and I even got an email from the delivery service on the day checking I would be in during the expected delivery hour! Amazing!
