Excellent service and reasonable pricesBarringtons is not always the cheapest provider - you can often find the main brands cheaper elsewhere - but is a very trustworthy one. Seeing the stock levels of what you want on the web site is very useful and saves a lot of time ordering something then finding it's not in stock. Orders are dispatched promptly and I've never had a mistake or delay in what was delivered. With my last order I bought 2 stick bags as presents, found they weren't what the recipients wanted, and Barringtons agreed straight away (responding to my e-mail request within a few minutes) to refund the money towards the purchase of alternatives.

Buy better elsewhere? Impossible!The wellies I bought on line from Easy Wellies are the best I have ever owned. I always buy a size larger than my shoe size to make sure they are easy to put on and remove, and buying without trying on is a bit of a risk, but I can think of nothing to complain about. They are comfortable, warm and wonderful to walk in; with the recent wet weather they have been a godsend. How I managed with my old ones for so long I don't know. If ever I need to replace these, I know where I shall go for them!

31 July 2012 Very good customer service, slight order mistake I made two orders, the first was delayed due to the courier holding things up (query re: the address, but didn't tell anyone, so it just say in the depot for a week). The second had an extra item in. However, every time I spoke to the customer service chaps, they were very helpful and wanted to make sure that something was done quickly. The refunded orders were handled without issue. Many thanks on a job well done - we'll probably be buying some kitchen cupboard shelving / sliding racks from you too!!

Pleased with the sandals. Delivery arrangements badI'm very pleased with my fitflop mink slingback sandals as I was with my black leather ones which I also ordered from Shoetique.However, Royal Mail delivery let me down: did not deliver on the day they texted me they would; came to my door next day with the parcel but told me I had to go to the delivery office 4 miles away as the delivery man's scanner was not working and he needed a signature!

---Speedy personalised delivery of top notch shoesSaw a pair of cozy Rohde slippers in a shop and wanted to buy them as a gift, but unfortunately they did not have the right size in stock. Found the same style on Shoes International and the pair were delivered within 2 days, complete with a personal, handwritten note from the despatcher.
