20 September 2012 Open the door to excellent service! I've been looking around the usual DIY stores for some handles that would suit my 1930's doors after having them dipped, stripped and waxed. The range was very disappointing so i went online to search for some porcelein door knobs that would match the one original set that I had. I must say I am very impressed with the range that your company provides and the very competetive pricing that is offered. I promptly ordered the knobs and escutcheons and was delighted to receive the order within a couple of days. On checking them over one screw was missing and the knob was slightly marked so I rang your customer service department. The advisor was pleasant and helpful and immediately offered to send a replacement at no additional cost. This was delivered to me the next day. I am very impressed with the exceptional level of service provided by your company and will certainly recommend you to my friends and family.
