Fantastic servicei ordered some armani underwear from jules b as a gift, i was given free delivery on placing my order and received my goods within 2 days, similar products i ordered from a similar seller still have not arrived over a week later

Super duper service. This company has been superb. I cannot fault them at all. I ordered Fit Flops at half the price of high street shops and received them in 3 days. Absolutely brilliant!!!

---OK but could have been betterOrdered 3 items - two are great and met my expectations. One did not. The Merrell walking shoes I ordered do not look like the photograph on the website - in fact considerably different in both colouring and style. I am very disappointed and even more so that I need to pay for the return postage. You are the only company that we have used online that this is the case and we use lots! Further we could not find this mentioned in the delivery arrangements online, only with the documentation received with the package. If we had realised in advance, we may have thought twice about using your company.On a positive, this is our second order and the previous order was well received with no complaints. The only issue is how much you fit in a parcel so things are very creased when they arrive.I hope you can consider this complaint as justifying that a refund should be given for return postage in this instance - if not, you may have lost a future customer.I will ho
