Excellent service, shame about the Fitflop shoes On both occasions the shoes arrived in the alloted time. Great service However I am disappointed in general by Fifflop shoes. Their model seems very shallow on the instep. For the clogs this is not too bad, but the chukka boots are proving difficult. The left shoe is a good fit; the right one cramps on the instep. And this is where youy hit problems with mail order, so despite the service I shall be very cautious about buying again. Fif is bigger than service.

Fantastique Shoetique!I ordered some sneakers from Shoetique over the Internet on Thursday and they were delivered a few days later, on Saturday. I was able to check on the progress of my parcel using the Royal Mail tracker service, and my shoes arrived in perfect condition (and for a very good price in the Shoetique sale). I would recommend Shoetique very highly!

Amazing customer service to match their amazing quality of shoes!I special ordered shoes for an event last weekend and wasn't sure I would get them in time. After speaking with someone, they not only changed the delivery address to suit me, they sent them out next day delivery to ensure I got them!Top class company, I wouldn't buy my shoes anywhere else!Thanks again
