    ---Exactly rightOrdered a Berghaus Paclite jacket, and it arrived extremely quickly.It was exactly as specified on the website. I would say that there has been "size creep" in outdoor gear. I used to be a large in jackets, but the medium size (despite the sizing guide) is perfect & allows enough room for layers underneath. Trying on a different Berghaus jacket before ording helped me get it right. The price was higher than some other places (e.g. Amazon), but I wanted the 2011 colours. Good shoppied experience.

    ---Useless delivery methods - UK MailUnfortunately even after 1 week, goods were not received, nor was there any indication that the delivery co had even visited our address. According to Gearzone (who assumed all had gone well from their end), when they tackled the courier, they said that on 2 occasions they visited and left cards - the courier is completely unreliable (A bunch of liars - UK Mail - Carlisle Depot).Have had excellent experience with Gearzone before, but with different couriers - awaiting a new order by a different delivery method or a refund.

    ---Good fast delivery & communicationThe shoes came quickly - were very small - I immediately raised a query through customer services and Ian very quickly contacted me and assured me he'd look into it if I sent them back. Problems happen in business, it's how you respond to them that counts, Fussie have this spot on.
