Excellant service A friend put me in touch with Shoetique as she has found their prices to be competitive and she wasn't wrong. They have a vast selection and good stock levels. The best thing about them though is the service which is second to none. I ordered a pair of Fitflops new design but discounted price excellent. They arrive in the post the next day in perfect condition - great. I wore them over the weekend in the house only as I was trying to get used to them, unfortunately on of the straps split on the sandals, on checking their policy on returns they ask that you email them if goods appear faulty which I did and received a reply almost the same day - It was Sunday when I emailed!! They agreed with me that the shoes must be faulty and sent a free returns label to return them. Which I did and I received a replacement pair 3 days later, so all in all everything was sorted out within a week. I am now the proud owner of a perfect pair of sandals, they couldn't have done more.

4 days ago Excellent and very helpful service I am refitting a house and ordered new door furniture for every door. Handles 4 Doors thought that perhaps I had made a mistake in my order, so kindly phoned me to make sure that I really did want what I had ordered. Technically I hadn't made a mistake, but their advice during the conversation was sound and made good sense, so I did in fact follow their suggestion to chamge the stye of some of the handles. 17 July 2012 Pretty good Website easily navigated, additional 'bits n pieces' that are needed when replacing doors are shown to the buyer just in case you are not aware you need them. Excellent idea. My only complaint is delivery information is not too helpful. I had to stay at home over three days in order to a) meet the post if it was posted out and b) meet the courier, who did turn up. Please advise delivery method and a tracking order, this way we do not loose out on work.

Excellent service, quick deliveryCheapest price I could find for these wellies. Quick delivery using a great courier with a parcel tracking service, they even gave me a one hour slot for delivery. Very happy with every aspect.
