FitFlop fantastic! I bought some FitFlops on recommendation from a friend and couldn't believe how fast, efficient and friendy Shoetique are. The range and choice is second to none! In fact I may have to buy more soon, I ordered late on thursday evening and my gorgeous sandals arrived on Saturday morning (free delivery too!). A girl can never have too many shoes - especially when they come from Shoetique!

We fully understand your frustration over the carrier charges to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, but every carrier has the same policy and the cost is so prohibitive that we have no choice but to pass it on to our customers. We would indeed have agreed to send your knobs by Royal Mail, but do not seem to have received a request from you regarding this. For any future orders you may consider, please call or email and we will be happy to do our best to find a solution to the carriage cost. Unfortunately, at the moment, our website is unable to determine the weight of a product to give it the ability to choose Royal Mail or Carrier-we are working on this. 29 October 2012 Very good product and service was 5 star Shopped around local stores first before going online to handles 4 Doors Ltd. found them more reasonably priced than the stores was a bit apprehensive about product online as you don't get the full picture like the shops.however was very satisfied when they arrived and the backup service 100%. would recommend
