Super boots!These boots are great. Very comfortable and you can really feel the workout on your legs after walking. They also look very stylish on and the colour is fab.

Zesty Orange DelightI was idly browsing online for "Grivas" clothing and this website was the best laid out and most useful of all. I chose a wonderful slubby linen Tang jacket, in the most fantastic shade of burnt orange - the thought of which immediately dispelled the "sumThe service from Jules is amazing. I got updated constantly on progress of its arrival, including a text message giving me the exact timeslot and name of the delivery driver. The packaging is a delight in itself. A beautiful, sturdy and elegant red box, aEven the receipt was enclosed in a creamy, heavy, high-quality envelope which in itself felt luxurious. Check the box!Always had great service in past but sent back some shoes for a smaller size and the ones sent were still same size but in the a wrongly marked box, rang to complain-little concern and was told thd boxes aren't checked when sending out! Surely they can be- it would take 30 secs! Cue me making another trip to the PO to return them - my time, my petrol!

Outstanding quality service with amazing productsWhen I bought a bag from Jules B on line I made the error of clicking the purchase button 3 times!! When I realised what I had done I contacted the customer services (number clearly displayed on web page) who could not have been more helpful a refund was The website is easy to use clear images and precise descriptions makes you want to buy more!! Which I will be doing very soon;-)
