---Brilliant customer serviceI ordered a basketball set for christmas but it was delayed by the post, when i called to say my delivery hadnt arrived, David instantly arranged for another to be delivered just in case the first one had been lost, absolutely excellent service, as it happened they both turned up together so will be sending one back. ---Friendly, professional and prompt serviceTHis is my second purchase from Shoes International, and on both occasions I needed to make a phone enquiry prior to purchasing shoes to verify some details. I was immediately able to speak to someone who answered my queries. I then ordered the goods on line and they arrived within 2 days. Good old fashioned first class service, sadly, too often lacking these days. If only every internet retailer offered the same service as SI!

Speedy Delivery - Excellent ValueI wear wellingtons every day of the year just about, as I am a dog walker. Have tried buying more expensive ones, but they split and crack after only a few weeks.I struggle to find a pair of vinyl boots in the shops but can always rely on Easy Wellies to mail me a pair within a couple of days.

Just what i neededbest ting about the site is the way wellies are categorised. As a regular dog walker I wanted something that wouldn't fall aprt after a few months and would be waterproof and help me be sure footed in muddy conditions. Web site organisation helped me to focus in on what I wanted. Also speedy delivery made it a really hassle free experience. Finally great after care as I sent a query about cleaning neoprene boots and got a prompt , helpful and accurate response. Definately five star experience.
