07 June 2012 Good service, but no credit for ideas Overall my experience with handles 4 doors was good, however, I tried to negotiate free delivery for an idea that I gave and of course they advised that they had no record of the idea and could not offer free delivery. Was only asking for a good will gesture.

10 July 2012 Excellent personal service I have been very impressed by the service that I have received - especially when I had to change an online order over the phone (due to no fault of Handles 4 Doors) and they were able to ship the changed item on the very day of the change. If only all online suppliers were this efficient !

Where were my shoes? Ordered shoes and paid with next day 24 hour delivery, guess what? They did not arrive, never mind it is a bank holiday weekend they will arrive on Tuesday, no they didn't. Wednesday, no sign so emailed, shoes are with Royal Mail and will be delivered before 5pm which came and went and no shoes. Thursday sure to be even phoned and told that they were with Royal Mail and would be delivered by 5pm, it didn't happen, rang again to be told by a voice message that they were now shut for the Bank Holiday weekend and would open again on Tuesday, where did my week go and do we really have two bank holidays in Aug! Anyway about to give up on this when early morning on Friday a cheery postman knocked on the door with the shoes. End of story, they fit but I won't be returning to shop again......
