10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain. 16 June 2012 <br/> PERFECT POLO SHIRTS! I ordered 8 polo shirts, all with different names and numbers on the back, and they are perfect! They arrived in a few days and look fantastic! They were a reasonable price aswell. I will definitely order from this company again!

Everything perfect!I ordered a Barbour-jacket. It arrived in less than a week to Sweden in a very nice package. The jacket was perfect.

At last dry feet!.Good descriptions of products, like way they are categorised for types of use e.g. Dog walking. Easy purchasse and quick delivery. Especially like being given a 1 hour delivery slot by a named driver rather than the usual 12hr slot that most companies give. Hope the wellies are as good as the service and keep my feet dry in foot deep sloppy clay mud for 2 hrs a day!

---Quick dispatch, quick delivery, spot on productBought an adidas hi vis running jacket which was ¡ê5 below price the adidas website. I was at first a little sceptical buying from a company I'd not heard of, but given they had the item in stock and adidas didn't I gave it a try. Very impressed with overall experience, ordered 9pm night before a 10am dispatch following morning, and delivery following day. What more can you ask of a company in this way?Product excellent and very happy. Thanks to the people at gear zone for this and would buy from them again.
