10 April 2012 Website "search results" has an issue that they acknowledge but refuse to accept responsibilty for incorrect order. I've ordered from Handles4Doors a number of times, generally repeat orders and have been happy with the service. Since a website update my account had been deleted along with my previous orders and so I had to create a repeat order from scratch. It appears there is an issue with the website whereby when you perform a search using a product code and the results are for more than one product (even though you entered an exact product code) if you directly enter the quantity and press "Buy" the item placed into the basket is NOT necessarily the one that you have just selected to buy. If there are multiple finishes it defaults to whatever is the first in the list. Having placed an order with multiple items on I did not spot this and having received an order with incorrect items I called Customer Services to explain. This issue was not apparent until we walked through the order process on the phone but they were not willing to accept it was a website issue and this resulted in me having to return goods at my costs and pay additional delivery costs for the items of the correct type.
