Easy SpeedyWasn't sure which type of wellie to go for, so emailed for some advice, James at Easy wellies got back to me within the hour, with a very knowledgable and helpful opinion, which helped me make my mind up.I ordered my wellies there and then, the buying process was easy to use and quick.I then recieved emails to say my order had been recieved, when they were shipped and a time within the hour when they were to arrive, from ordering to the knock at the door was 2 days. Very happy with the way the website was set out, good description of the wellies and easy to navigate. Very satisfied with my experience of buying and the delivery was swift.Would use again and recommend to others.

EASY WELLIES - BRILLIANT SERVICE, CANNOT FAULT!This was the first time I used Easy Wellies website to make a purchase and I was certainly not disappointed.Prior to purchasing I sent an email query regarding sizing and received a prompt response within the hour!I then went ahead with my order on the Monday and could not believe it when I received the purchase the following day on the Tuesday! Absolutely brilliant service and what an added bonus having no delivery charge.I could not be more delighted both with the wellies and the excellent customer service.There was also the option of using the tracking service to track your parcel which was extremely helpful.The ordering/delivery service from start to finish was perfect and so easy to use.I simply cannot fault this Company!

10 July 2012 I really like the pewter finish, stunning! When on the website looking for period handles to suit our renovation of our grade 2 listed house, I came across the new Shepherd's Crook window fasteners and stays from Ludlow Foundries. On navigating through I saw that the stays were available in pewter but the window fasteners did not appear in pewter finish from the search page whereas the stays did. I had to hunt some to confirm that the fasteners were also available in pewter. I also has some problems with the payment pages with 3D Secure not returning with the result from the card provider and had to finish the transaction manually by phone the next day to get my card charged and confirm the order. There was no problem with that as they had the full order details on tap. We got a good discount triggered both at item count of 10 or more of each type and also at total monetary value of the order over a threshold, so feel that we got a good deal.
