Was looking for something specific, to finish the bathroom, saw what I wanted, placed the order, payment was easy, and got confirmation at every stage of the order and delivery process. When the package arrived (on time) the quality of the handles were far in excess to what I had seen at the usual DIY stores. Impressed.
