02 January 2012 Excellent product but poor order administration I firstly tried to order on the website, but this failed as the product wouldn't add into my basket. I then placed the order by phone but was overcharged (for delivery) as there was a promotion of free delivery on orders over ¡ê50 running at the time. The saleslady agreed to cancel and reinvoice my order at the correct price, but 24 hours later this had not been done. I sent an email and after providing my credit card details again the order was reinput, but when the email confirmation came through, it had the wrong house name selected in the address. Having got this corrected, the product was despatched and delivered speedily. I have fitted it and am very pleased with it, despite all the hassle. The errors were all resolved speedily and courteously once I had pointed them out, but they shouldn'y really have arisen in the first place.

Quick delivery and satifactoryNot being able to purchase shoes locally and needing some rieker shoes rather urgently, I went through websites and saw this one which guaranteed quick delivery. This happened and everything was in order.

Comfortable all day work out, best money ever spent! I have previously bought a pair of FitFlop Superboots for work, as i'm on my feet all day and need something comfortable. The boots are so very comfy, and i was very pleased to find that they now make a proper shoe. So i decided to forefit keeping 100.00 for my holiday spending money, and bought FitFlop Due Shoes. I was not disappointed. It took a little while to get used to the shoe, as it's narrower than the boot, but after a while, i forgot i was wearing them. Next day delivery, as promised. Customer service is 5 *, and Shoetique are very friendly and helpful. This was the best 85.00, i have spent on a pair of shoes, thank you soooo much!!

---Very good service.Bought Mizuno Inspire Wave 8 - Delivered in 2 working days for ¡ê10 cheaper than anyone else. Called up first to check they were in stock, lady on the phone answered straight away and confimed they were in stock. This was my first order with Gear Zone, so was sceptical to try them out.

08 May 2012 Top quality goods, low cost brilliant service. This was my first purchase with this company they were just brilliant. Quality branded goods at very reasonable prices, I got my delivery the next day without paying extra delivery charges. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone else.
