---Great product, fast postage... lack of communicationJust picked up a new pair of trainers from the site. Original purchase went through perfectly. The delivery time however stated 3-4 days (I purchased on a Sunday night), come Friday morning I hadn't received my package. I went to the website to view my tracking details, to find out that my order had been CANCELLED? I Immediately called customer care and they said that because my CC address and my mailing address didn't match up it was picked up by security. I then had to RE-do the whole order again, this time the person viewing the order would allow it through. I don't care that this problem occured, what I DO care about is the lack of competency for someone contact me and mention it HAD occured. After all, I assume they don't take all those details for nothing?p.s. Funny, it took them only 2 days to get this feed back form to me??

23 October 2012 <br/> Excellent Quality, Service & Price I ordered 6 mugs after designing them on the computer & they arrived 5 days later as they promised & looked fab, just like they looked on the computer screen. Will definately be ordering again & also one of the only companies that allow two different piccies or designs for the front & back. Excellent service.

Good product and reliable serviceSupadance provides high quality dance shoe and their service is very reliable. Once ordered, they ship the product as soon as they can and it arrives within a very reasonable amount of time. I have only two discontentments: They do not really make shoes for narrow feet. I have found the band to be too loose (even when I set it to the tightest hole on the buckle). The shoes don't fit me from my heel through the middle of my foot, though they fit fin in the toe box. The other discontentment is actually not with them directly, but they use PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE to ship the shoes and the tracking number provided never works, so you can't check the status of the shipment once it has left supadance. That's a minor inconvenience though.

Lovely Fit Flops!I usually buy these from John Lewis but saw the ad online and decided to buy from Shoetique as they had a very good deal on certain Fit Flops.They arrived very quickly and am very pleased with the product so all in all I am a very satisfied happy customer!
