02 January 2012 Better than brilliant After carrying out research on door furniture, I decided on handles4 doors, mainly on their prices. After talking to the sales people, I submitted an order, with their help. The following morning I received the goods. Very good quality, and they look brilliant. I later phoned with a query, and was given good advice from their Tech. department. I have saved a fair amount of cash compared to other Merchants. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. Thank you for a brilliant service.

Not happy Never had a pair of Fitflops so though I would go to shop and try a pair on. Shop did not have any size 10's. Tried 9 & 11 neither fitted so assumed 10 would be okay. Ordered a pair of size 10 over the phone from the warehouse. Told the next day it was a stock error and the ones I was after were not in stock! Not sure if this is a successful way to run a business but I am not a happy customer

Good prices, smooth website, very fast delivery i've only used the site twice, but both times have just been very smooth and problem free - including an unexpected delivery on a saturday without any extra charges! please note i haven't returned anything, so i can't vouch either way for the returns process.

Good price and good product, but delivery.......I placed my order and paid straight away using PayPal. Got an order acknowledgement saying "due to Sale Launch your order may take 2 - 3 days to be delivered" I also got several emails chasing me to provide account details.Then nothing. After six days, I sent an email asking when my shoes would be despatched, as no activity showing on the account that I had been encouraged to open. No reply.Fearing I would not receive them in time for my holiday, I phoned and was told that there was a delay due to the success of the sale.
