23 March 2012 Good product, good price, good service The goods I bought were a lot cheaper on this site, the ordering process was simple and goods arrived quickly.

Overpriced, poor quality, good service.Unbelievable cheaply made shoes of poor materials. All shine and no substance. Just plain plastic. And horribly expense. I bet the shoe didn't cost $10 to make but by the time it arrived at my door, I had spent almost $200 for it. Shameful.The service however was friendly and efficient and effective.

30 August 2012 The person with whom I ordered the goods acted almost like I had trained him. Needing a particular handle I searched online and your Website appeared. I telephoned to enquire and was pleasantly surprised that I actually spoke to someone knowledgable, helpful and quick. Confirming details I ordered, and the goods arrived very promptly. What more can one expect. Thank you.

---Good serviceThe boots, which I ordered, arrived very quickly. They were excellent, but, unfortunately, didn't fit. They were very well packaged, so it was just a matter of reversing the wrapping paper to send them back. The refund, to my credit card, was rapid too.

Lovely shoes (I hope) but still waiting for delivery!I purchased these Lolla fitflops in a light beige colour last summer & liked them so much I ordered them in the navy. This time around the added bonus was that they were in the sale & the staff at Shoetique were friendly & helpful over the phone. However, it's a little difficult to give a proper review when you haven't received the goods yet, so hurry up please & send my shoes!

Excellent boots at a excellent priceShoeStation really has it right, great product at a sensible price, there customer service is admirable they genuinely seem to care that the customer has a good shopping experience, coupled with super fast delivery I Would recommend them to all of my friends. Some already know!!
