PatienceI was really surprised with this company..I had returned shoes to another company by accident. but didn't realise this until a week later,it took at least six weeks to get them returned to me, and Sportsmart still allowed me to exchange them for a bigger size.I don't think a lot of company's would to that, so thanks again Sportmart..and I would definitely recommend them.apart from my experience with customers service they have a great range of stock with price's to suit all familieskind regards MMc
