Delivery policy excellent, returns policy crapYour delivery policy is excellent, however, I will not be ordering from Shoetique again as it cost me ¡ê9.75p to send back a pair of boots recorded delivery as advised by you. I had to send the boots back as the left boot went on ok but I could not get the right boot past my heel. I have other FlipFlop boots that are fine and I really do not know whey I could not get this one on. I did not order another pair as if they had not fit again it would cost me more money to send them back. In summary, delivery policy excellent but sending back policy not acceptable.

Brilliant boots and really quick delivery ! Thank youI get through wellies working with horses like there is no tomorrow, these boots are sturdy, cheap compared to other brands and I am so happy with them, go grab yourself a bargain !

05 August 2012 Nice knobs, shame about the screws The cupboard door knobs were just what I wanted, but the screws were not long enough to go through my doors. I had to buy more, which were cheap, but also pay the ¡ê3.95 postage charge, which was five times the cost of the screws. Why not offer different screw lengths in the first place, or at least say what length you are going to supply with the knobs, so longer ones can be ordered with knobs to save two postage charges?

Wouldn't buy from anywhere else after buying from Barrington SportsGreat site, easy to navigate and make a purchase. Delivery came early the next morning and there was a nice little surprise in the package too!!
