Excellent! I had a little hitch as my shoes were a bit small , i bought on-line, but I live near the head office and rang to see what could be done as I wanted the shoes for my hols. No problem, take them back to the nearest shoetique, 10 mins away, and try another pair similar, which I did and they fitted, and i got a refund of the difference in price sent back to my account. I bought on-line, but changed locally and they sorted out my refund. Brilliant, all on the same day.
