Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.

Nicest accent in the business!!!Very helpful and efficient staff plus they have the most beautiful northern accent to top it all up.My order was delivered quickly and the one item I needed to return was returned via their suggested company (Collect+) another efficient, well priced and more useful than the Royal Mailbecause you can drop off the parcel in your chosen convenience store at any time and has a fixed price of ¡ê3.50 up to 10kg.

Fab choice, super speedy delivery 100% satisfied Ordered fitflops as a birthday present - Shoetique had the best choice by far even tho end of summer season and delivered within 2 days. Will definitely order again :-)
