Poor int'l shippingThey sent me a pair Converse (GBP 34.99 + freight GBP 10.00) without declaring the goods on the parcel. As a result, it came in 1 week later than expected and I had to pay for the Swiss Post to open the parcel, store it, write to me to request a copy of the invoice and present it to customs (CHF 34.10 approx GBP 23). I complained to them about that. The answer was they would check the problem, never got any other answer back. This made my Converse over 60% more expensive than they would have been if they had put a custom declaration on the parcel. I definitely do not recommend them for int'l business.

Awesome product, awesome service!I am very impressed that after I ordered the wellies I got several emails keeping me fuly updated on the progress of my order. Then a text to let me know time of delivery.Speedy delivery, great customer service and the wellies are quality!!Easy Wellies are well named!!
