No next day delivery.Used this retailer as they highlighted next day delivery. Followed the instructions and ordered well before next day deadline. Unfortunately item did not arrive next day checked royal mail and they were still awaiting parcel. Shoes turned up the next again day! Loved the shoes and very well packaged just a shame I didnot get them next day.

I ordered some mugs, and was contacted to ensure that the choices I had made would be standardised, and hence far nicer than the way I had input the info. Send wonderfully quickly, and excellent packaging. Excellent company I shall use over and over again.

All round excellent service from start to finish. You made me feel important and a value customer.d to you.The parcel was delivered within the time slot and there was correspondence to keep me up to date with it's progress .Although we had to return the item because it was too small it was a quick easy and efficient process. I will use you again.
