---Outstanding customer service, super-speedy deliveryI ordered a Mammut day pack for a weekend trip to Rome.Despite an initial computer error where my order details were misplaced (no payment taken at that time) I can not recommend their service highly enough. I called to see where my order was and the lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. She went away to dig out my order and called me back within 10 minutes to confirm they had received it and the reasons why it had not been processed. Payment was then taken and goods dispatched. I received my parcel the very next day.Great customer service, speedy delivery, great value. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Outstanding, magnificent, excellent, fabulous, great +++++RE:- Hunter Clearance Balmoral Bamboo Carbon Brown Wellingtons (CW23579BRN) Well what can I say except what is in the title of the purchased product?! They are the best wellies I have ever, ever purchased and my husband was so excited when he saw the title 'Hunters Wellies' when he peeked into my emails - well they were supposed to be an Xmas pressie but are now a birthday pressie for the 10th December due to him being so nosey! He was over the moon with then when he saw them (coz I had to show them to him to stop him going on and on about them!), they are absolutely fabulous for when he's taking our American Bulldog for long walks and to also keep his feet smelling lovely rather than stinking the house out after he's got home hehe! My hubster has very large calves due to long 'walks' with the army when he did service and they've stayed in place even though his belly is trying to catch up so everything is in proportion an

These shoes aren,t made for walking,well not in comfort anyway! I have to say that the service delivery was very good. Unfortunately I found the quality of the Fitflop shoes very poor. These were the third pair purchased thro Shotique and most definitely the last. The quality has become very poor but the price has stayed the same. The insoles of the shoes used to be thick and very comfortable but over the last year they have got thinner and thinner and as such far less comfortable. What a shame they have ruined a good product. Buyers beware don't buy from Shoetique.

Quick delivery, great serviceI order my shoes, which I couldn't find anywhere else. I received emails to confirm my order, confirm and the despatch. They arrived within 48 hours with no problems. Great site, great service will use it again.
