Great service and an excellent product!I bought my new Chiruco adjustable wellies and am delighted with them. They are a very good fit and are warm and comfortable, which is great, as I am a professional dog walker! They are generously sized. I bought a 7 which is my shoe size, but a 6 1/2 would have been better if it had been available. I normally buy 8s in wellies. My only criticism is that the insoles move around a lot.The product arrived within two days of ordering. I have used this company before and would do so again!!

Cutomer service lacking.Before ordering anything on the internet I always check the comments left by other customers. The comments for Supadance were very good. Fast delivery, excellent customer services etc. I also checked your website and forums for sizing issues. The overriding number of comments stated that it was advisable to order your usual size.I ordered 2 pairs in the sizes I can usually be. I did this to be on the safe side because I was really keen on the shoes I had ordered. This was a big outlay but I was sure it would be worth it. The next working day the money went out of my bank, I had no email informing me of an estimated delivery date, I had no email stating they had been dispatched. In fact I heard nothing until they arrived 2 weeks after the money was taken out of my account. Most internet companies do not take the money for the item until it's been dispatched.Both sizes were too small, this was a huge shock as the second pair I ordered was the biggest I've ever h

Wellies that don't give you foot rot, got them in 3 daysThese are very expensive and I hummed and hawed about spending so much. Since I live on the West coast of Scotland on a farm (I'm not just a posh dog walker) I work on the land and wellies are my most important foot wear. I have hardly taken these off since they arrived (except at bed time). They are so comfortable, easy to get on and off, good in the mud and they look great! I even wore them into town on a shopping trip last Saturday as they looked so good. The packaging was perfect and they arrived very promptly.
