Quite satisfactoryI bought a pair of BOGs dog walking boots size 44 and so far I am very pleased with them they are very comfortable. I would have prefered a size 43 which would have been ideal but with two pairs of thick socks on these do the business

Good Product and Great Post Delivery Customer Service T'BootHockey stick ordered and delivered on date indicated. No issues with stick, quality at a good price. Slight issue over delivery arrangements which was brought to the companies attention. What I did like was that within 24 hours I received a telephone call from the company to fully understand the issue and promised to look into and update me. True to their word I received a further call to give me actions taken to improve their web site and customer service. In an era when you hear of poor customer service and companies not interested in the customer it was a 'breath of fresh air' to see a company like Barrington Sports caring about a customer and making you feel wanted even better that this being driven by the directors themselves. This is one very satisfied customer.

Perfect service in time for a wet weekendI ordered new wellies on a Thursday & received them Friday morning. The whole service was easy to use and promt enabling me to enjoy a wet weekend of dog walking with dry and toasty toes.

Excellent service. Excellent product.I ordered the Tayberry neoprene wellies for my husband after being let down by Hunter at the last minute. They arrived next working day and are perfect. My husband loves them.

---Prompt service.Sadly the boots weren't suitable so I had to return them. Whislt I received the refund, I never received the email to notify me of this which caused some concern.

Very fast shipment, excellent service!I ordered something from the online store on friday morning, the item was dispatched one hour later and I got it on tuesday.
