Excellent, fast and efficient! Shoetique are a company I have shopped with on-line before, mainly because I trust them to provide an efficient, fast and reliable service. They never quibble about returns and in my experience anything I have ordered arrives very quickly and processing any returns is equally efficient, which is not something I have found with other on-line purchases! They also don't charge for returns.....that gets 5 stars in my book!!

---Quick response & good services2. I've bought more than a dozen of pairs of shoes and only 1 had some minor problem. 3. It would be great if more choices can be provided and more promotion or sales can be updated monthly if possible. 4. More item description to each item would be helpful.

Great service from a reliable storeI have used Jules B in store where the service is always first class, but never before by mail order. Having now used the online service, the service is still the same. A quality product, easy ordering, and quick efficient delivery. First class.
