---Dont believe the advice given by the assistantsi wanted to purchase some climbing shoes from gear zone so i rang their store & spoke to an assistant,i told her the shoe make & name & asked if i should order my ordinary shoe size or a higher or lower one,,the assistant said order my shoe size as that style shoe comes out the correct size.I ordered the size 10.5 as i am a size 10 thinking i could wear a thicker pair of socks in cold weather,,how wrong i was,or should i say the assistant was,i couldnt even get the one shoe on my foot because it was so tight..So this has not only cost me a delivery charge from gear zone,but it will also cost me who knows how much to return them with insurance as advised by gear zone.Whats the point of having assistants who tell you one thing when they obviously dont know if its the right information..I certainly wont be ordering anything else from gear zone..0/10

Friendly, Down-To-Earth Service...........I needed to telephone to make my order, because I was having difficulty placing my order online because I am dylexic and have difficulty with this sort of thing. The lady who helped me made me feel a valued customer and she willingly went through my order and placed it on my behalf. My boots were about ¡ê30.00 cheaper and arrived the next day!!

At last...a reliable company to purchase Fit Flops From !! I am always wary of using new websites to order from, but Shoetique are brilliant. fast, service and delivery and no hassle exchange ! Really pleased I decided to chance an exchange as new size was a perfect fit ! Will definatly recommend to friends. Thank you.
